Quilting Projects
Quilts for Foster Children
We provide quilts for NC State Social Services and Private Foster Care. We love children and they are never forgotten. Quilts are delivered to the State Social Services as well as private foster care homes in Cleveland County. All children need a quilt of their own.
Crate Pads for Dogs
Our 4 legged friends at Cleveland Animal Services in Shelby have have lots of nice warm quilt/kennel pads thanks to the hard working members in our group.
Pillowcases and Comfort Quilts
We create pillowcases and comfort quilts for Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte NC. Along with lap quilts for oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy.
If all of this wasn’t enough, we make pillowcases for children being treated at Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital. If your child has cancer or another major problem you know this hospital all too well. Additionally, we throw in side projects like Chemo Port Pillows; some members knit/crochet newborn hats for the hospital, hats for chemo patients, hats for the homeless, and even prayer shawls.
